Economic growth for us seem like a camel passing through the eye of the niddle as may have been inferred. Well I guess we'd have to start with infrastructural growth strategies, though as you said, not people or job centric, but at the least can employ a few skilled labour who in turn we've seen to have many dependent on them.

Here is where local content Act and Policies can come in handy for tailor made approaches peculiar for our kind of society.

For Capital growth, I'd suggest high taxes for the high class and subsidy of services for the lower based on inequalities of states but then we know too well how subsidy in the oil sector hasn't been too transparent. I guess some form of trade off should suffice while we consider good education long term to increase the standard of living and earning.

On the education aspect, what do you think about technology-based means for delivering that education? To me it feels, if the government can work better, it can be a very cost-effective means of providing a future of equal opportunities.
